27. How do I pay?
1.What are the lead times?
Our general turnaround for repeat work is 5-7 working days from the proof approval although it is sometimes possible to reduce this if labels are required urgently*. (*Please note that the lead-times may vary slightly if special materials or cutters are required)
Online orders placed before midday are generally dispatched the same day using the shipping option you select during the checkout process. If items you have ordered are not available, we will inform you of this and delivery will be made within 5 working days.
2. Can you guarantee the delivery date?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the delivery date due to circumstance beyond our control e.g. carriers not delivering on time, power cuts etc. As a company we aim to dispatch labels one day before the delivery date in order to deliver them on time.
3. How much do you charge for delivery?
Standard shipping for non-online orders is £16 up to 20kg. Each additional kilogram is an extra 40p.
Online orders over £150 have free delivery; on smaller purchases (up to £150) delivery is £5.50 for economy 2-3 day service and £8.50 for next day (subject to stock availability and provided we have the order before midday).

8. How do I place an order?
The best way to place an order is to call us on 01978 66 44 11 as well as sending the confirmation email firstname.lastname@example.org or to your account manager with the order number and artwork. As soon as we process your order you will be sent an email with your order acknowledgement. When your artwork proof is signed off your labels will be dispatched within 5 working days.

All artwork is free of charge when placing an order (this does not include design, unless it is a simple design). For companies that need only the label artwork and do not place a label order with us we charge £50 for basic artwork. More complex designs will be charged at cost based on an hourly rate.

At our site we have a well-equipped and experienced reprographic department that produces all of our customer's artwork. All of our reprographic team are equipped with the latest Apple Macintosh computers as well as industry standard software and output devices.

Our plate prices are well below the market average and are all produced in house. This means that not only can we keep a close eye on quality, but we can also keep setup costs down and reduce lead-times.

For customers who are looking for ultra short run, quality work we offer a digital proofing service. We can produce colour proofs, trial runs for product testing or promotional work printed in 4-colour process onto synthetic material.

We have more than 2,000 cutters in stock in different shapes and sizes. The most suitable cutter will be selected for your labels; if this is not possible we will produce cutters to your requirements at an extra cost.

21. Do you manufacture labels for laser printers?
We have a large selection of paper and teslin (synthetic) A4 labels available in many different formats from 1 to 18 labels per page, suitable for almost any office A4 laser printer. Laser sheet labels are an easy and cost-effective way to print your own information.

A press trial is available if you need a sample label before the production. Please contact us on 01978 664411 for prices. We offer an additional service where you will receive near press quality proofs, delivered within 24 hours from the artwork approval. Digital proofing is a cost effective way of seeing what your final labels will look like without having to pay for press trial. You get 95% of the final look at a fraction of the price.

The online shop allows purchasing of stock items (hazard warning diamonds, shipping & handling labels, tactile labels, PAT labels and many more) in smaller quantities at a reduced rate. All products available in stock are dispatched for next day delivery.
