Limpet Labels UK Ltd can boast one of the most modern printing facilities in the UK. We currently run two of the latest UV Flexo presses as well as our Xeikon 3000 digital press, with which we have already won an award for digital label printing. Our investment programme means we stay at the very forefront of modern printing equipment, ensuring excellent quality and speed which means our labels have a high visual impact at an affordable price.- in September 2008 our top of the range Mark Andy UV Flexo press was added into our production plant.
- in October 2009 our high performance Xeikon digital press was added into our production plant.

in October 2009 our repro department was upgraded with the very latest Apple Macs & software available.

in November 2010 our Xeikon press was upgraded for use with the new QA-I toners for increased quality.

in January 2010 we will be having our Xeikon 3000 upgraded to a 3030 for increased production capability.
UV Flexographic printing
At the end of September 2008 a new flexographic press was installed in our production site to run alongside our other LP3000. This new press, Mark Andy LP3000, enables our printers to maximise productivity, achieve consitent quality as well as versatility and flexibility. Only two of these flexographic presses have been imported to the UK this year.

High quality digital roll labels
Do away with the need for plates and keep your costs down on low volumes. Digital printing is a great solution for printing high quality labels on lower volumes or for printing many different sorts. With much lower setup times on press, we can provide you with high quality labels at a fraction of the cost of flexo on smaller runs.

Digital proofing labels
For those customers looking for ultra short run, quality work we offer a digital printing service. We can produce colour proofs, trial runs for product testing or promotional work printed in 4-colour process onto a synthetic material. The other advantage of the digital side is that there are no plate charges, no cutter charges and the majority of orders can be despatched within 48 hours. We also produce ultra-large format labels on the digital machine for banners etc (700mm x 3000mm plus).
