We currently run 2 latest UV Flexo presses, high quality digital press as well as automatic sheet fed UV screen press.Our investment programme means we stay at the very forefront of modern printing equipment, ensuring excellent quality and speed which means our labels have a high visual impact at an affordable price.
- in September 2008 our top of the range Mark Andy UV Flexo press was added into our production plant.
- in October 2009 a high performance digital press was added into our production plant.
- in October 2009 the art department was upgraded with the very latest Apple Macs & software available.
UV Flexographic printing
At the end of September 2008 a new flexographic press was installed in our production site to run alongside our other LP3000. This new press, Mark Andy LP3000,enables our printers to maximise productivity, achieve consitent quality as well as versatilityand flexibility. Only two of these flexographic presses have been imported to the UK this year.

High quality digital roll labels

Digital proofing labels
For those customers looking for ultra short run, quality work we offer a digital printing service. We can produce colour proofs, trial runs for product testing or promotional work printed in 4-colour process onto synthetic material. The other advantage of the digital side is that there are no plate charges, no cutter charges and the majority of orders can be despatched within 48 hours. We also produce ultra-large format labels on the digital machine for banners etc (700mm x 3000mm plus).
