Artwork & Label Design

At our site we have a well-equipped and experienced artwork department that produces all of our customer's artwork, negatives and plates in-house. This means that not only can we keep a close eye on quality, but we can also keep setup costs down and reduce lead-times. The team are equipped with the latest hardware as well as the industries preferred software and output devices.


Want to submit your own artwork?

Please send your artwork either by e-mail to artroom@limpetlabels.co.uk (if your files are fairly large
please compress your files in a Zip or Stuffit folder).
You can also send your artwork via CD ROM or FTP site.

Ideally, artwork needs to be compatible with the following software:-
  • Quark Xpress version 8 or lower 
  • Adobe Illustrator version CS5 or lower
  • Adobe Photoshop version CS5 or lower
  • Adobe In Design version CS5 or lower
  • Freehand version 10 or lower
  • We will also accept a PDF, JPEG, EPS or TIFF
We generally use Apple Macs which is the the Print & Design industries preferred choice but it is usually possible to cross format
information from the PC versions of the above software. Please remember to include all relevant images at a minimum resolution of 300dpi and also include all fonts (System and Printer) or alternatively convert the text to outlines.
