Limpet Labels UK Ltd has got two Mark Andy LP3000 presses that run alongside each other. The Mark Andy LP3000, is quite simply one of the most advanced narrow web press available today, combining the latest production efficiencies with state-of-the-art quality. This press enables our printers to maximise productivity, achieve consistent quality as well as versatility and flexibility.

Our presses are manned by a team of operatives with over 30 years experience between them and we pride ourselves on the quality and efficiency with which we produce our customer's labels. We can produce labels in up to 6 colours plus varnish or 7 colours plus laminate and excellent 4-colour process and line work.

Limpet Labels UK Ltd has also got a Xeikon 3000 press to run along side our Flexographic machines. This has made us one of the only label manufacturers in the UK offering high quality digital labels and UV flexographic labels under one roof. Limpet Labels UK Ltd has been awarded the prestigious 'Best Print in Digital Printing Award' at the Flexotech Magazine annual awards ceremony in 2010 and Limpet Labels UK Ltd were finalists of 'Best Print In Digital Printing 2011' and 'Best Print In Flexo Label & Tag 2011'. There are virtually no label designs that cannot be printed digital and in most cases will actually produce a cleaner image than an equivalent 'traditionally' printed label. Digital print is suitable for variable information, sequential numbering, barcodes and other security features. Our Xeikon 3000 press is designed to produce high quality, sharp images that give product labels a quality look and visual impact.
