New flexographic press @ Limpet Labels
At the end of September 2008 a new flexographic press was installed in our production site to run alongside our other LP3000.
This new press, Mark Andy LP3000, is quite simply one of the most advanced narrow web press available today, combining the latest production efficiencies with state-of-the-art quality. This new press enables our printers to maximise productivity, achieve conistent quality as well as versatility and flexibility.
Only two of these flexographic presses have been imported to the UK this year.

narrow web flexographic presses!
Our presses are manned by a team of operatives with over 30 years experience between them and we pride ourselves on the quality and efficiency with which we produce our customer's labels.
We can produce labels in up to 6 colours plus varnish or 7 colours plus laminate and excellent 4-colour process and line work.
